Two bomb variants

One accessory, two
game-changing modes

Both variants share the same housing, app integration, and connectivity. Choose based on your game format — or deploy both simultaneously for maximum tactical variety.

Timed Bomb

Arm. Countdown.
Defuse or Detonate.

One team arms the bomb, the other has to defuse it before the timer hits zero. Classic objective gameplay that creates natural focal points, teamwork, and real tension.

  • Configurable countdown duration (arming time)
  • Any player can defuse by pressing the button
  • If re-armed after defuse, countdown restarts from zero
  • Accelerating LED flash signals the final seconds
  • Configurable reload time between detonations
Remote-Controlled Bomb

Arm. Laser hit.
Instant explosion.

No countdown — the remote bomb detonates the moment it's hit by a laser after arming. Place it strategically and watch players think twice before entering a zone.

  • Triggers on any laser hit once armed
  • Can still be defused by button at any time
  • Ideal for ambush, trap, and control-point scenarios
  • Configurable reload time between activations
  • Set a maximum activation count or run infinitely

Players' experience

Gameplay that players
talk about — for weeks

Bombs create memorable game moments that no standard laser tag setup can deliver. The tension of a countdown, the panic of a last-second defuse, the boom of a detonation — this is what turns first-timers into regulars.

"The moment that countdown hits the last few seconds and everyone is sprinting to defuse — that's when the whole room holds its breath."

— Laser tag arena operator

Tactical gameplay

Objective-based
Arm & defuse mechanics

Brings familiar online gaming objectives into the real world. Players who've never touched laser tag immediately understand the stakes — it just works.

01
High tension
Countdown under pressure

Accelerating LED flash and audio cues build real tension as the timer runs down. Simple mechanics, unforgettable moments — every single game.

02
360° radius
Omnidirectional blast effect

Detonation affects all players in every direction around the device — through walls, around corners, across the full blast radius. Nowhere to hide.

03
Flexible
Configurable damage type

Choose between HP deduction (Number mode) or instant elimination (Death mode) for players caught in the blast. Tune it to your game format and audience.

04

Immersion & sound

Intager exclusive — marker audio sync
Your weapon knows
the bomb is live.

When a player enters the blast radius of an armed bomb, their marker immediately begins playing the bomb's warning sounds — the arming signal, then an accelerating countdown tone in the final 10 seconds, and the explosion effect on detonation. The moment they step out of range, it stops. No screen, no app — the gun itself tells the player exactly what's happening.

Armed
Marker plays the arm signal the moment the player enters the blast radius — they know instantly the bomb is live.
Countdown
In the final ~10 seconds, the marker plays an accelerating tone that matches the bomb's own signal — pressure mounts with every second.
Explosion
Detonation triggers the explosion sound effect on the marker — every player in range hears it, whether they're looking at the bomb or not.
Out of range
Step outside the blast radius and the marker goes silent immediately. Move back in — and it resumes. Real-time, range-aware feedback.
Full immersion
High-quality audio from the bomb

Every state — armed, countdown, explosion, disarmed — is paired with impressive sound effects emitted from the bomb itself, reinforcing the marker audio for total field coverage.

05
Visual signals
LED state indicators

Four large LEDs communicate every state at a glance: battery level, armed, countdown, explosion, recovery, disarmed — readable from a distance, no display required.

06
Full tracking
Game statistics integration

Bomb interactions — hits, detonations, player damages — are recorded in game statistics alongside all marker events for complete post-game reporting.

LED indicators & device feedback

Battery status
At power-on, the number of lit LEDs instantly shows how much charge remains — no guessing, no app needed before a session.
Armed state
Clear visual confirmation that the bomb is live and waiting — players and operators can see its status from across the field.
Countdown progress
LEDs accelerate as the timer runs down, building real pressure and urgency — no display or sound required to feel the tension.
Explosion signal
Simultaneous flashing of all LEDs makes the detonation event unmissable — players know instantly when the bomb has gone off.
Reload progress
After detonation, LEDs indicate how much of the reload time remains — operators and players can track when the bomb will be active again.
Disarmed confirmation
Immediate visual feedback on a successful defuse — players get the clear signal they've won the moment, no ambiguity.
Security alerts — never lose a device
Three independent triggers.
One bomb, always found.

Configure any combination of the three security alert triggers: after a set number of minutes from power-on, after a set time from the last activation, or after a set time from the last detonation. The device emits loud audio and bright visual signals at the configured interval until it's located — on any field, in any terrain.

Power-on timer
Triggers X minutes after the device is switched on — regardless of whether any game event occurred.
Last activation
Triggers X minutes after the last arm/defuse or laser hit — alerts when a bomb goes untouched for too long.
Last detonation
Triggers X minutes after the last explosion — useful for tracking bombs that have already fired and gone quiet.
Charging indicators

LEDs indicate the charging process and status. Always replace and tighten the port cap before use.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Gameplay

How do players know they're within the blast radius?

When a player enters the blast radius of an armed bomb, their marker automatically starts playing the bomb's warning sounds — the arm signal, an accelerating countdown tone in the final seconds, and the explosion effect on detonation. As soon as they step out of range, the sounds stop. Players get real-time, range-aware audio feedback directly through their weapon — no app, no display needed.

What is the difference between Timed and Remote Bomb?

The Timed Bomb starts a countdown once armed — players can defuse it before the timer hits zero. The Remote-Controlled Bomb detonates instantly on any laser hit after arming. Both can be defused manually at any time. You can use both variants simultaneously.

How large is the blast radius?

The blast range is adjustable in four levels from approximately 1 meter up to 100–130 meters. The signal is omnidirectional (360°) and at higher settings can pass through walls. We recommend tuning the range based on test runs in your specific venue.

Can players avoid the blast by hiding behind a wall?

At higher range settings, the signal can penetrate walls and register on players on the other side. At lower range settings, walls and obstacles will limit coverage. Test in your specific environment to find the right balance for your game format.

How do players arm and defuse the Bomb?

The arming and defuse button is located on the side of the unit. Players press it to arm, and can press it again at any point during the countdown to defuse. If re-armed after being defused, the countdown restarts from the beginning.

Setup & operation

How is the Bomb configured?

All settings are managed via the Intager Operator App on an Android phone using NFC. Hold the phone's NFC antenna near the NFC label on the device to power it on and apply the configured parameters. No cables, no menus on the device itself.

Can the Bomb be used without a GameHub?

Yes — the Bomb operates fully offline with just the Intager Operator App. Configure over NFC, switch it on, and it runs independently for the entire session. A GameHub is only required for online connectivity and firmware or sound updates.

How are software and sound updates delivered?

Connect the Bomb to the GameHub via Wi-Fi, then select the device in the Intager Game Manager and click Update. The device restarts automatically after a successful update. All updates are free of charge.

What happens if a Bomb is lost on the field?

Configure any of the three security alert triggers — by time since power-on, time since last activation, or time since last detonation — individually or in any combination. The device emits audio and visual signals at the set interval until it's located. See the Security Alerts section above for full details.

Hardware & maintenance

Can the Bombs be used outdoors in wet conditions?

The device is rain-resistant when the charging port cap is securely tightened. It handles outdoor use in wet conditions. Avoid submerging the device. If it gets wet internally, open the cover and dry fully at room temperature before use.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 12–20 hours per charge depending on usage intensity. The 4,000 mAh rechargeable pack covers a full day of operations. For long-term battery health, charge every 2–3 months even during storage periods of inactivity.

Is a specific charger required?

Yes — only the Intager-supplied charging adapter should be used. The port is located under a roll-down cap on the bottom of the unit. Always secure the cap after charging. Using third-party adapters may damage the device and voids the warranty.

Are the Bombs compatible with all Intager markers?

The Bombs are compatible with current-generation Intager markers: Raptor 3, Raptor 3S, Troodon, and Troodon 3S. They are not compatible with previous-generation devices. Online gameplay integration via the GameHub is coming soon.
